Online Consultation Services: This is another most helpful facility for those who want to seek Vastu advice for their sites through the internet. Such service is available in the following ways:

Vastu advice through emails: In this option, first the client shall have to write the full details of the required vastu services & details of his premises i.e. house, plot, flat, factory, office or other residential/ commercial premises  in the enquiry format given in the “contact us” form. Then he/ she shall be replied to / intimated about the fee structure for the intended service/s. After the client receives the mail containing quotations (charges) from the office of Dr. Anand Bhardwaj, the client shall have to pay the fees in full in advance. One can do it through following modes:

ü    Pay online through “Pay-pal”. This needs payment through credit card.

ü    Deposit the full fees in Dr. Anand Bhardwaj Saving Bank account number 039010100050254 at any of the Axis Bank branch located in your area,

ü    Or one can send the charges through the bank’s Demand Draft, to be issued in the name of “Dr. Anand Bhardwaj” payable at Faridabad (Haryana), INDIA, Pin Code No. 121006.

ü   As a fourth option, one may send by post/ courier a crossed cheque for the full amount. After the cheque is cleared by the bank (normally it may take 2 to 7 days for outstation cheques), the advice shall be given through email. This shall carry rupees 100.00 (rupees one hundred only) extra (other than consultation fees) as outstation clearance charges in all over India.

ü   One can also talk to Dr. Anand Bhardwaj on the phone intimating about sending the fees by hand or any other mode whatsoever is more convenient to him.

Vastu advice through online chatting: In this option, the advice may be taken through chatting directly with Dr. Anand Bhardwaj which shall be possible between 9 PM to 10 PM (Indian Standard Time). In such case the charges shall be based on the time period for which you want to chat. The fee for chatting shall be rupees 1000.00 (one thousand only) for a slot of 10 minutes. In this option, the client shall have to estimate the tentative time to be taken in chatting and whole of the fees is to be paid/ deposited/ sent in advance through the modes defined above.

Vastu advice through online discussion (voice): In this option, the advice may be taken through verbal discussion directly with Dr. Anand Bhardwaj which shall be possible between 9 PM to 10 PM (Indian Standard Time). In such a case the charges shall be based on the time period for which you want to talk. The fee for discussion shall be rupees 1000.00 (one thousand only) for a slot of 10 minutes. In this option, the client shall have to estimate the tentative time taken in verbal discussion and the entire amount of the fees is to be paid/ deposited/ sent in advance. If you are computer savvy and feel comfortable, the on-line discussion software “SKYPE” may be downloaded by you. From SKYPE, discussion through this software is free of cost; only normal internet usage shall be charged by your internet line service provider. In this case also the client shall have to pay the fees equal to the telephonic discussion mentioned here above. (Note: In all the above cases the time should be fixed with Dr. Anand Bhardwaj in advance, preferably a couple of days in advance either through phone or through “contact-us” format).
