Procedure to get a “TRUST-SEAL” from DBC: This seal is allotted to a bonafide business entity based upon its verifiable credentials. Any business entity desirous to have a trust seal, has to submit in duplicate two copies of specified documents which are basically the legal evidence of entity's credentials based on certain credibility parameters on which one may easily rely.
Each parameter has its own
importance and value. Once all the applicable documents are submitted along with
subscription application, DBC then verifies all the documents and accordingly
assign a TrustSeal for the business
entity.
Companies participating at any business promotional activity can apply to obtain
TrustSEAL, which will be granted if
all the documents presented by the company comply with the minimum requirements
as laid down by DBC. These documents may include Company registration
certificate, Income Tax Registration/PAN number, Sales Tax No., RBI Code No.,
quality certifications, audited financial results, testimonials from the
customers/ clients etc.
Once approved, companies will be allowed to display
TrustSEAL
